Session: Session 2

Wave 2 - Energy Bar - Session 2

Variables: loft room, calcite, wearing copper

Moved the noisy fan from the side of the bed to a chair at the end, to see if that helped. As it was still that sweaty kind of hot, and the noise being heard through the head phones for the last two sessions has been really annoying.

Warm Up Session

Started again with the Expand App, Focus 10 (hemi-sync). With the waves/ocean overlay audio. 15 mins

It was better than the last one, I think the waves help to focus the wandering thoughts. Although I had to stop half way through to take my trousers off, because I decided they were too tight!

Sensations

• There were forehead tingles, which moved into the band feeling.

• The right temple had pressure and tingles.

• The bridge of the nose had tingles that then spread out to either side of the nose.

• The right side of my face by my mouth felt as if it were going down.

• There was a muscle twitch on the right side of my neck and then my right bicep (this is a new area).

• There were no phosphene movements, it was just a mid grey colour.

There were no visuals, I think my mind was a bit drifty.

Main session

I did the exercises again, but this time I seemed to slip out of focus listening. There were points when I think my brain was a bit bored. In fact, when you’re told to feel the bar and there’s a long pause, for some reason I was doing majorettes with it! Haha. I am pretty sure now, that because I can visualise so easily, my brain is saying “yeah we know how to do this, lets move along please”, so it stopped listening. I wonder, if that’s why I kept sort of dropping to another kind of somewhere, like a sleep with nothing. I’m not sure. Or that may have been when the images I don’t remember appeared.

When the narration came back in between the visualisation I found it jarring.

I did complete most of the exercises. But I don’t think I got to the on and off bar exercise. I clicked out. And then came back when the next audio on the play list started.

Sensations

• My left knee moved inwards, so my leg sort of rolled to the right.

• My head twitched to the right.

• I had the forehead tingles, which moved to the band, as well as the temple tingles and pressure.

• Under my right eye the muscle there started to tingle (new area).

• The left cheek felt like some one was pulling on it repeatedly. As if pulling the muscle/skin to the left.

• Both arms felt light.

• The land on the left (wearing the copper), felt as if the fingers were holding on to the bed sheet in the grip position, although they weren’t.

Visuals

A possible image but fleeting and not totally sure. A very tiny number 6 in black.

A man wearing aviator sunglasses. I understood military, but couldn’t see more.

There were a few other images, but I don’t remember them.

No phosphene action noticed.

General notes:

Wondering if the copper is having the grounding effect. Which I’ve mentioned before. But this time with that hand holding on to the sheet (not physically), it’s an interesting though to follow. I’ll keep logging it.

Narration was jarring this time.

This entry refers to Wave 2 - Energy Bar - Session 1

Personal Journal Log - 27 May 2026

Rudely woken at 4am by my body clock.

Having slept on the session, I realise my brain was too busy worrying about my partner to really concentrate.

But I originally thought the images didn’t mean anything. They were just images. But I’m pretty sure they’re connected now. This is what I came up with:

1. The lady talking with no sound

I think she was a doctor, but as he hasn’t been yet, there’s no discussion to be had.

2. The watch

There’s still time, or time is running out?

3. Chat in the roof “it’s done now”

He’s been to the doctors. Or it’s something slightly more obscure, because it was in the roof.

4. Feta salad camping

A healthy lifestyle change. And he’s camping with his friends in a few weeks time.

5. The cat

Interesting on this one: we have always said the female cat was his, because she loves a cuddle with him. But he has a friend who’s nickname is Cat. So the female cat, means his cat, and therefore his friend called Cat. A bit of a stretch there, but that’s where I went. And they are going camping together in a few weeks. So.... tell Cat about the health worry.

6. The icons

The crosses are clearly medical related. So medial help? The other may just have been a morph. Or because it looked like a scribble across the crosses and then moved out of the way, it may have meant to clear the noise to get to the doctor, or something along those lines.

But all over, from what I thought wasn’t a connection. My subconscious was doing a lot of hard work during a rather hard unsettled session.

And my take away from that, following on from the last one about the medical stuff, is that it’s time to do something about this. And we need to call in the boys! No more stubborn man.... to the doctors you go....!

So worries dealt with for now on that one. Wheels in motion. Lets see what the next session holds.

Session: Session 1

Wave 2 - Energy Bar - Session 1

Variables: In the loft room, with the calcite, wearing copper.

Started as I’ve been doing before. Used the Expand App, with Focus 10 (Hemi-sync version). Chose no audio overlay this time. 15mins.

Sensations

• I had a few light forehead tingles, then the band sensation across the front.

• There was a slight movement in my toes.

• My left hand tingled.

• I had a twitch in the muscle of the back of the same hand.

There were no visuals, or phosphene movements.

I had an incredibly chatty brain. It wouldn’t settle. The day was very dramatic, so I think my brain was still focusing on that.

It was still flipping hot due to the heatwave, but I hadn’t put the fan on at this point. Annoyingly the sweat was dripping down my face, so that didn’t help.

I put the flipping fan on!

The Walk Through

Here’s the audio walk through of this lesson:

Robert tells you to do your preparatory process. Energy Conversion Box, resonant tuning, energy balloon, and you affirmation. Reach focus 10, where he comes back.

He tells you, that you will construct your first energy tool. You visualise a small spot of white light. Stretch the spot of light to make a white line. Make the white line into a bar, straight and round. Hold and feel the energy of the bar. And move it around.

Then change the colour to orange. Then change it back to white.

Then change the colour to yellow. Then back to white.

Then change the colour to green. Then back to white.

Then change the colour to blue. Then back to white.

Then change the colour to red. Then back to white.

Hold the white bar and feel it.

Next change the colour to black and white for on and off, repeating. Repeating on and off faster each time, until you can’t notice the change, and the bar goes back to white.

Release the bar, move away. Observe.

Return as normal.

Main Session

This was a hard session, not because of the topic, but based on the day, my mind was all over the place and it was really hot.

Sensations

• Light forehead tingles which moved to the now very familiar band across the forehead. Tingles in the temples and a bit of pressure (both sides).

• Build up of energy in both legs at the calves.

• A bit of cramp in the uterus.

• Overall, not as much as I would normally get.

Someone putting on a man’s chunky digital watch, I saw the wrist only.

Next I was with my partner in the loft, I was putting something down and I said “well it’s done now”. I saw this from the POV of where I was laying at the time. (Didn’t think I needed to draw this, you get the idea)

Next there was the POV of looking at a bowl of feta salad, from the person eating it. The bowl was white plastic, with a camping folding fork in it. Looked to be on someone’s lap.

Had a random wave of panic/adrenalin at this point

Next I saw the face of my female cat, no context, just her head.

And the last one I was looking at a computer screen. I was clicking a logo on the left of the screen. When I clicked it, what appeared to be a sort of star scribble (like a bundle of scribbles - think of when confused thought’s are pictured in cartoons, a bit like that). But as I clicked it moved away down the screen, and what was left was another logo, which was two plus signs (crosses), slightly overlapping each other. The one underneath was white with a light blue/teal outline and the one on top was the same colour but solid.

No phosphene movements noticed.

The fan was loud and really annoying, I could hear it through the headphones again.

Overall, I found the session a little too easy on the visualisation side of the exercise. I’m putting that down to my hyperphantsia. I got it instantly, and it kind of felt like I was waiting around impatiently for the next thing.

Worth noting, that I thought the images we’re as clear as usual, but there were more of them, that I remembered. I found that previously it’s been difficult to recall more than a few images. But it does seem to be getting easier.

Not a calm session.

Session: No session, used the Problem Solving skills learnt in Wave 2 for a real life situation.

Personal entry. Not lesson related

This is a personal entry of where I have used the skills learned in the sessions so far for more of a real world application.

4am, partner up and goes to work.

I’m having a bit of anxiety, which has actually not been around since March.

In my mind I’m thinking there’s something wrong with our relationship. Something you can’t quite put your finger on. That gut feeling.

During the day things are great, evening not so much. So where is the problem?

So 5am, I need to work past that anxiety.

During that moment of unknown anxiety. I decided to pop on the Expand app and try to just relax doing one of the normal meditation sessions. Actually got the head tingles and temple pressure just through that, so that’s interesting. No narrator, just the music.

Then I thought, I’ll pop on Focus 12 on the app. I haven’t used it there before. Mainly because things with Focus 12 on the tapes having been so intense I didn’t want to do it without being prepared.

Popped it on, no overlay sound just the Focus 12 hemi sync version.

Light bit of prep. Energy Conversion Box, resonant tuning, energy balloon, affirmation.

And asked what is bothering him.

But that wasn’t the right question. I kind of knew that.

So I switched it to how can I help him?

Sensations:

I had a few light vibrations. My hands felt light and I had the tingles in my forehead, crown and temple pressure. But this was all a lot less intense than the actual lesson audio.

Visual Images (Hypnagogic)

When the images came the first ones weren’t related (I don’t think). It was a sandy place with a man (middle Eastern complexion). Pointing to a sign on a fence. The fence was side on so I couldn’t see what it said. Next to him was another middle aged man, Caucasian. Beige trousers, pink/red t-shirt, looking to fix the fence. Although it wasn’t broken. I don’t know if the type of fence is relevant. But it was one of those with the slats that are horizontal and either side has slats so they appear to have gaps between the slats but it’s a full fence. I’ll look up what it’s called later.

Next I see my partner’s neck.

This is actually the important bit. He had a rash come up a few weeks ago, and we thought it was a reaction to loratadine antihistamines. So he stopped taking them. And now he has come back from his trip away and the same rash is back. This time he thought it was the sun cream.

And then I realised that was the key to this.

Ok back to what happened after.

I started to think about other symptoms he has that don’t mean anything alone, but together point to something quite serious:

• Rash/hives on neck

• Small cuts that reopen and take forever to heal

• Extreme fatigue

• Calve cramps

• Forgetting our evening conversations

• Falling asleep while eating

• Not peeing very often

• Spending forever on the toilet (although I’m fairly sure sometimes he’s doom scrolling)

• High blood pressure (diagnosed last year)

• Not eating much

• Swollen ankle

So based on that, now I’m not a doctor. But liver issues?

I think it’s important to address the elephant in the room that there’s definitely an issue here. And he needs to get to the doctor, and probably fairly soon.

What the answer is… I don’t know.

But I actively used the problem solving lesson without guidance to seek help. And I did get a response. Amazing!

Let’s get him to the doctor. Although that might be more of a struggle as he’s very stubborn.

But I’ll report back if he goes and gets a blood test.

Session: Session 4

Wave 2 - Colour Breathing Session 4

Note: I am still doing 1 session a day. Although I missed yesterdays session (26/May/2026). It was far too hot, we’re in the middle of a heat wave here. My partner didn’t get back from his trip until around 5am, so I didn’t get much sleep.

During the day I had a tingling forehead pretty much all day. With the lack of sleep, I tried to nap on the sofa, and I’d get the head tingles and temple pressure straight away. My head was hot, and I think I may have had a bit of heat stroke. So I took a cool shower, and put a wet towel around my head.

So I decided a night off was needed. I actually took a sleepy antihistamine in the end when I went to bed.

Even with the antihistamine, the tingling was still continuing. Also went to bed with a wet towel around my neck. Lesson learnt about being in the loft on hot days, more water needed.

Today we have a thunderstorm warning. No sign of rain yet. I’ve always been sensitive to storm pressure. So I wonder if yesterday was a mix of tiredness and weather build up, and heatstroke thrown in for good measure.

It’s better today, still pretty hot but not as bad. Had the forehead tingles on and off. But I’ve had a wet towel around my neck most of the day to help with the heat so not as bad.

Warm up session

Variables: Back in the loft room, with the calcite, and the copper and no dog!

Started as before with Focus 10 on the Expand App, with the hemi-sync version. (I thought 15 minutes may have been a bit much after yesterdays head issues, so only did 10 minutes)

Also worth noting because I hadn’t mentioned it before. In the loft room I’m facing south, in the main bedroom I’m facing west (probably makes no difference, but worth considering as a variable).

And throughout the whole session, I forgot to turn the flipping light off.

Sensations

• Tingles in the bridge of my nose, forehead and right temple pressure.

• Left middle finger twitch.

• Low vibrations in the chest.

No visuals. Too short?

Main session:

Sensations:

• Minor tingles in the forehead, with pressure in the right temple.

• Left arm muscle twitch, by the wrist

• Toes twitching on both feet, all random

• Build up of pressure in the left leg at the calf, and then the right (not at the same time)

• Forehead band feeling, which stayed after the session

• During the prep stage where there was no narration. It felt like hands slapped my thighs. In a playful way, not harshly, as if you were to slap your thighs when laughing or joking. Then I thought I missed something. I was still in that blank bit of narration before the narrator comes back. I was a bit confused, as I thought something had happened there, was I on another track by accident? I wasn’t the narrator came back. But I think the thigh slaps just knocked me out of the focus.

• My index finger on my left hand felt like it was up (although it wasn’t). And both hands felt like they weren’t touching the bed.

• I had pressure in the nose sinus cavities, which felt like having a cold, either side of the nose (this is new).

For the rest of the audio I dropped in and out of the focus zone. The thigh slapping, seemed to have knocked me a bit.

Visuals

I only had 1 image in this session, hypnagogic, due to the issue of dropping in and out of focus. And it only happened right at the end of the session, where you’re being counted back in to normal.

There was a person getting into a fighter jet cockpit. Then a small round orb object (that was tiny in comparison), went from right to left through my visual field as if I was watching it move pas the plane.

It felt a bit odd, as if my eyes were watching it independently. The right eye saw it, and then when it got to the left, the left eye saw it. So not normal vision, more like dual vision. I saw the plane as normal vision but another kind of vision saw the orb thing. It felt very real. Weird!

Also I’m noticing a bit of a pattern. I’m not sure yet, I’m just speculating here.

Copper on = local stuff, easy to understand. Plane, boat, beach. I’ll leave that as an open speculation on the grounding properties of copper for now.

Copper off = weird stuff.

Can’t conclude anything on that yet, it’s interesting, but I’ll keep logging.

One more variable on this session. As it was still hot, I had the fan on, which I could hear through the audio.

Session: Session 3

Wave 2 - Colour Breathing - Session 3

Variables:

Dog still present, so main bedroom, no calcite. No copper.

Warmup Session:

Started as before with 15 mins of the Expand App Hemi-sync Focus 10, but used the ocean sound overlay this time.

Sensations:

• Tingles in the forehead, right temple, back of skull by neck.

• Tingles lightly in the middle of my nose.

• And my right cheek felt like it was ballooning.

• All of my toes started moving, twitching but not at the same time, in no noticeable order. Then settled to just the left foot.

• There was a built up, in my right leg, calf only that felt like cramp.

• On my neck - front right side only, there were vibrations, very mild.

• I had a twitch on the right side of my abdomen (between the uterus and hip bone area).

Visuals:

No hypnagogic images.

Phosphenes similar to last session, with the light looking as if it was moving from a torch in the eyes. And at the end there was a big black wave from the top down in the vision field.

Main session

Usual start process, but due to dog just breathed the resonant tuning.

I actually found the narration quite jarring this time. As I mentioned previously it’s a narration heavy session. I would be dropping in to a deeper state and the narration would startle me back.

Sensations:

• The skin on my jaw felt like it was going down.

• Then the right side of my mouth felt like it was smiling, which then went to the left side. Not together.

• There were tingles in the forehead, crown and inner eye socket.

• The tingles in the forehead became the band pressure again (this remained for a while after the session).

• My feet were tingling, and had prickles in the sole. As well as low vibrations.

Sensations overall, much eased from the first Colour Breathing session.

Visuals - hypnagogic.

(Not all at the same time, but between narration).

First image.

There’s an open book. I’m holding it. The paper is a light sepia colour. So either a modern book with the slightly yellow pages, or an older book, I’m not sure. The left page is blank.

The right page, about half way down. Is an image, it appears to be drawn. But could have also have been they type that was etched if it was older? There was some text to the top right of the page, but not clear.

The image itself, seemed to be either a etching or a drawing of something from somewhere that used stone pictograms, or similar.

The circle on the outer edge, had a band and in the band were glyphs. I got the impression they were carved or lines, maybe with pictures or symbols. So they weren’t separate, they were part of the object.

Inside the circle was various images, but I couldn’t make out many (I don’t think the narration helped at this point). There was what appeared to be a fish. If you were to carve a fish symbol into a stone - no real details, just a fish shape. And to the left of this, was a man figure, he was facing to the left. Holding a staff - I noted because of the fish, maybe a fishing rod. But, if it wasn’t a fish, but just a symbol, then it could have been a staff. Holding it so the line of the staff is vertical.

Second image

Weird!

This wasn’t in my direct view. It was kind of at the top, and seemed to almost be the same colour as the background, only it stood out. The background was a deep reddish colour. The symbols were there, but I understood that they were being traced out in my mind. Like an invisible had guiding the shapes. Imagine if you had your eyes closed and someone else was holding your hand to create a shape for you to remember. A bit like that.

So there are two variations that I’ve picked up on. Because the first didn’t seem to make sense, as I thought they were letters. So I’ll include both here but the first one does seem to be what came out strongest.

Initial impressions were, the letter a (lower case with the tail way of writing), at the top, a small connector to the next letter. I noted that it was loose like rope. But on reflection, if this wasn’t drawn by hand then it wouldn’t be a dead straight line. (Holding that thought - it’s drawn, not typed). Then connected to a small u shape, which was smaller than the other letters, and if you were to align them it would be aligned to the top. At the top of each of the uprights of the u were small circles. The connector from the top of the a met the circle at the top of the to the left. On the right side, was an r. But not a normal r, it was more angular. Vertical line and a horizontal line from the top, going right. They was connected at the top of the vertical line to the top of the right hand circle at the top of the u shape.

My later thought was that the a shape was an o shaped. So I noted that down. But my first reaction was an a shape.

Third Image

And the last image, wasn’t an image as such. It was a seen feeling - very strange. It didn’t appear in my hypnagogic imagery as such. I think it may have been too complex. But I understood and then had a mental image - yeah weird, so rather than it being there in my vision, it was like how you picture something described to you. But if the brain is showing images in hypnagogic vision, isn’t that the same process as the minds eye when you’re thinking about something? Don’t know on that, but got it loud and clear anyway.

Inverted cone shape. On the outside it was stepped, kind of. Mirrored on the inside. Imagine one of those collapsing cups (the rubber ones), that fold in on themselves for storage when you are camping. That kind of thing. But they weren’t steps in the vertical sense. It was a spiral. I had the impression of a hand pointing to the inside and showing me the spiral that went down. And then to make the point very clear, there was a marble. (At this point, I’m actually thinking, that’s probably one I’ve lost!!). The marble was being used to demonstrate that the spiral was structural in the cone and went from the wide outer to the 0 point at the bottom. (Think marble run games). A colour was given too. Pale blue. There’s a lot of blue coming in on a lot of images.

At the end of the session was the count to come back by Robert. I was sharply interrupted by Alex downstairs reminding me to by the flipping note pads! Done - order yesterday - Amazon delivery today!!

After the session it was still quite early, so I went for a dig around to find out about those symbols. Added to notes, will deep dive later.

But I couldn’t sleep at all. Between the heat wave, the dog - who insisted on licking my face multiple times in the night (I’ll be so relieved when my partner gets back), and the questions of what I had seen it was a general struggle anyway.

Then every time I tried to get to sleep, the forehead tingles would start, and the pressure on the temples. Actually more so than in the session. And then I had vibrations through the body. This kept happening, and I wasn’t drifting off. It was like my brain just wanted to stay tuned to the radio station.

Decided after a few hours of this to put the copper back on. Again, can’t prove anything on this, but I then went to sleep. So may very well be placebo, and I was tired.

Date: 24 May 2026

Session: Session 2

Wave 2 - Colour Breathing - Session 2

Still in the main bedroom (no calcite), dog still present. Copper worn.

This particular session I struggled with a bit at the beginning. During the pre session, Focus 10, because my brain was in chatty mode.

I’ve been getting much better at shutting out the random noise. I’ve been using the technique of noticing the tingles rather than noticing my thoughts. But this particular time, I just couldn’t really get past the need to order a stack of new note books and some pens. And that stuck with me. So at the end of this bit, I put the note in my phone, to order some note pads and pens. At least that cleared the brain chat for the next bit!

Focus 10 via the Expand App, sound only no background (15 minutes).

Sensations:

• A few tingles in the forehead, and a bit around the back of my skull near the base. As well as my temples.

• I had vibrations in my feet and shoulders.

• There was some phosphene movements on the insides of my eyelids. Looking like lights moving, similar to the previous sessions.

Overall, chatty brain, telling me to order note pads! Message received!

Main session.

(Still no audible resonant tuning - dog too close)

Sensations:

• Tingles in the forehead, which moved into the temples, and there was more pressure here.

• The tingles went down the bone of my nose and on to the nostrils. I had the intense pressure in between my eyebrows again.

• I had random twitches (small muscular ones), in the body, top of right thigh, left eyebrow, and a few other random places.

• I had tingles in the tops of the fingers on my left hand (left arm with copper bracelet).

• I had the balloon sensation again on the right side of my face, but this time it moved to the left, and felt like my face was actively twisting.

• There wasn’t the pain or intense pressure I had from the last session. This was much smoother.

I have began to notice - even if it’s a coincidence, that the first session of a new lesson is generally more intense until it settles a few sessions later.

Worth mentioning, that when the bit in the middle of my eyebrows started to get pressure in it, my mind went to “oh no you don’t, not tonight” - which references the weird night of the missing time. So I think what ever that was may have given me a little bit of anxiety, and perhaps I’m now associating that middle eyebrow pressure with what happened. So I’ll work on that next time, or perhaps plop that thought into the Energy Conversion Box. It was weird when it happened, but I don’t think it should be a road block at this point, more of a lets learn the sensations and deal with them. Much like what has happened though out this.

Visuals

I only had 2 images this time. The dog moved a few times and distracted me.

First image:

There’s a child, boy. Probably around 6ish. Running down a path. The path is sandy yellow colour. There’s a curb and a wall to the right of him. Although I can’t see it directly, I get the feeling from what it looks like, that it’s the sea front. So if it was in view, the sea and beach would have been to the left. And he was above it, on the path before the cliff retaining wall or something like that. I can only relate it to a commercial beach, where there’s beach huts and arcades etc, not a private or undeveloped place. He then trips on the curb, topples a bit but doesn’t fall. This is my feeling of where it could be, not an exact image.

Second image:

Kind of related to the first, but not really. Kind of by the fact I sensed the boy was at the seaside, but couldn’t confirm. This image, was of a military ship. Modern military war ship. At sea. No context. Just the ship.

As it came to the end of the session. My heart felt like it did a big pump, and then a wave went down my body.

After

Ordered the note pads!

Focus 10 - unaided.

I’ve started to find in some moments, now I can take the training wheels off and get into Focus 10 without the tapes.

After the session. And after ordering the note pads! I popped my ear plugs in to go to sleep. But thought I’d try just relaxing and doing the motions of Focus 10. I went through the motions of Energy Conversion Box, breathed the resonant tuning (dog still present), the energy balloon and the affirmation. I actually got the head tingles, then the larger pressure in my temples. As well as vibrations coming up from my feet to my knees.

Then.....

Fell asleep.

But interesting, that’s the first time that has happened with those sensations. I can’t confirm if it’s heightened because doing it after coming out from a main session, or if it’s now possible to just get into the Focus solo. I’ll experiment a bit more at other times to see what happens.

Side note: 25/05/2026 - going to message my sister to see if she was at the beach yesterday hahaha

I called.....

Beach, Sandbanks - Dorset, car park to sea front walked. Doesn’t remember if he tripped - but has two children, so didn’t notice if he did.

Just adding this in as WTF!!!!!!!!!!!!!

She was at the beach today!

Worth mentioning, we don’t see each other often, usually a few times a year. Not a daily contact.

Also worth noting, I was thinking about my nephew in the morning about 14 hours before the session. Just logging my thoughts on Autism and family connections, as he is Autistic, and my dad thinks he might be too. So, not sure if that would have pre-populated my thoughts that late in the day. But definitely didn’t know about the beach trip.

Session: Session 1

Wave 2 - Colour Breathing - Session 1

This session is more of a narrated breathing lesson, it’s narration heavy. And you don’t go past Focus 10.

Here’s the walk through

It starts in the usual way, use your prep steps to get to Focus 10. Robert teaches you how to reduce emotional charge in your body by focusing on the colour green with your breathing. This narration is repeated.

The next is a physical focus of charging the body for speed and strength, by focusing on the colour red with your breathing. This narration is repeated.

The last is focusing on health and healing parts of your body. As before but this colour is purple. This narration is repeated.

It’s essentially a short learning lesson.

Warm up session

Still working in the main bedroom, with the dog. (A few more days of this to go yet). Keeping up with the copper experiment, no copper this time.

Started with the Expand App, Focus 10 (hemi-sync version). For 15 mins.

Sensations:

• There were light head tingles around the left side of my head.

• The right side of may face felt like it was inflated like a balloon. Or when you blow air into your cheek with your lips closed, but this expanded beyond that, and was the entire area below my eye socket to my jaw.

• Next I felt like my face was contorted. Much like the top was in one direction and the bottom was in another, like a twist.

• My left eyebrow, outer edge was twitching a few times.

• I had vibrations in my upper lip. Then also in my shoulders and upper arms.

Visuals

There was a little phosphene action. Light grey and dark grey. Different to before, before they were grey and black, this was a different shade. It was as if there was a light outside of my eyelids, like an optician with a torch moving it around to look into your eyes (but with my eyes closed).

Next there was a random wave of adrenaline through my chest. As most as if I had caught myself about to drift off and then stopped it.

Main session.

Actually, not great. Ended up trying twice, there was too much dog and cat related activity here. But logged it for research purposes.

First attempt.

Tingles in the forehead, as usual. Crown tingles. Didn’t do the resonant tuning due to the dog. Breathed it, instead.

Visuals

Mid prep phase had a soft out of focus hypnagogic image of 2 people sitting on chairs looking at a coffee table. On the coffee table was a gold key. Traditional style, circular top, straight middle and 2 prongs at the end.

Then abrupt stop, due to the dog barking at the cats.

Short 10 minute break for the dog to settle. The head tingles continue. Didn’t redo the Focus 10 from the app, went back to the tape.

Second attempt.

The session was interrupted twice by the dog, but I chose to try and ignore him as best I could and continue anyway (otherwise I’d be up all night trying to do this one, which seemed counter productive).

Sensations

• Usual forehead tingles, but then the tight band feeling.

• My teeth felt weird on the left side - painful almost (no fillings - so not related to that).

• I had pressure/energy build up in my left leg which was uncomfortable. And my toes twitched.

• Then I had a few sharp shooting pains in my uterus. Followed by what felt like period cramps.

Hypnagogic images:

Saw a man laughing, he was wearing glasses, mid brown coloured hair. I saw his head only. Then same scene, to the left of him appeared another man, slightly out of focus, wearing a black suit with a white shirt.

The next image was of a piece of beige-ish paper being unfolded. But not quite unfolded. More like it was rolled/folded. So when it was unrolled it still had creases in it, with the top part not going flat. There were some kind of numbers that sort of morphed into hieroglyphs of some sort. Not entirely sure. No obvious symbols that jumped out at me to record. I am holding it in my hand (or I’m in the POV of the person holding it).

Next there was a black cat. Not mine, although given the theme of the day and what happened, I would suggest that there’s a connection to the crazy cat stuff there. But this particular cat was black short haired with a pink collar. (My black cat is long haired and doesn’t wear a collar). It jumped on to a box at the end of my bed. There isn’t a box at the end of my bed. - Comedy value noted on the cat thing, but a lighter end to the session.

Overall, classed this as a difficult session, and the interruptions didn’t help.

Session: Session 4

Wave 2 - Patterning - Session 4

Following on from the previous copper experiment, copper bracelet is on tonight. The dog is still essentially attached, but better than yesterday.

In the main bedroom (not the loft), propped up with pillows behind my back so I don’t just go to sleep.

Started with Focus 10, using the App (now with the paid version Hemi-sync), for 15 minutes to get relaxed.

During this short session I became aware that I could hear myself breathing for short while. Which is a bit strange when you have audio in both ears. So perhaps is was an inner kind of hearing? Don’t know.

Sensations

I had the familiar forehead tingles.

Next the top part of my body (abdomen) fully jerked to the left. And I felt vibrations in my upper body generally.

There were a few suggestions of hypnagogic images, but nothing I could really make out.

Main session.

Having decided after the rabbit hole of the map, I thought, OK this will be fun, lets see if we can get some more clarity on this. I asked for clarity in the last session. But I wanted to be more direct. Using this as a session where Robert tells you that you are already what you are seeking. I took that slightly more literally, and thought, I’ll ask for the coodinates. I’m obviously following some kind of trail here. Lets just get the GPS data!

So I went in with the intention of presenting the idea that I already have the information. And perhaps it’d appear on a Google Map! Ha.

At this point, sceptic me, is having a fun laugh at all of this. And the cosmos, is having a laugh back - you want more information, OK here’s something from the 1600’s do with that as you will! Hmmmm

OK down to business.

I settle in, I did the usual prep Energy box - skipped the resonant tuning due to the dog, just breathed it, no audio - energy balloon and affirmation.

Then Robert comes back and tells you to move in to Focus 12 in the way you have learnt, counting slowly from 10 to 12.

Sensations

During the prep stage and here, I had an intense tingle/pressure in the middle of my forehead. Not the same location as before. This was directly in between my eyebrows, at the top of my nose. The location that hurts when you get brain freeze from ice-cream. It was actually pretty uncomfortable.

Next something happened. What happened? Huh, hold on. OK weird.

I had a shock, I was startled, something made me jump, not sure what. I’m sitting up in bed, looking at the wall. But I’m sure I’m still asleep. So my brain said, yes this is normal, it’s part of what happens when you do the tapes. But it wasn’t what happens. Robert then says “Now in Focus 12”.

OK, so nothing happened. I was just changing from Focus 10 to Focus 12, doing the count, my body had a blip and that’s OK. Still on track. There’s only a few minutes in between when you hear Robert say move on to Focus 12 and then you are in Focus 12, so all good.

But that isn’t want happened. I wasn’t sitting up at all. And I wasn’t asleep.

I was still in the reclined position, my eyes were open, and I was awake.

I settled for a moment, and just went to continue the session. And then I realised, it was dark. It was dusk when I started the tape. It’s now dark. OK. Then I’m listening to the audio, and I realise, it’s not the same track. Its the previous one, the Problem Solving one, which is the next one on my play list.

I think realised I completely Clicked Out.

But I sat with that for a moment, thinking OK, this was a duff session. Although I don’t actually think it was. This was something else.

Usually when clicking out, it feels like a power nap until the audio kicks in again. This was different. This wasn’t a power nap.

I was startled awake, whilst having my eyes open, thinking I was asleep. I thought I was sitting up in bed, when I was actually lying down.

And the weirdest bit. The audio, had plopped my right back in, at the exact spot I needed to be at to be able to continue the session......... but the wrong session!

I had lost an hour... completely gone. Nothing. And I probably would have settled back down and continued the session if I had just had a weird body blip.

What happened? No idea - unresolved. (Probably shouldn’t have gone in looking for co-ordinates! Ha)

I actually try just to go to sleep at this point, but I was struggling, as the sensation from the jolt awake was so jarring. I’m lying there and then I get an image.

Visuals

Not full on hypnagogic, more like a thought memory that you can see.

I’m in a foyer for an auditorium or conference hall. It’s chocked full of people. And I’m looking at a man. I sensed we’d been chatting. He was bald, and was wearing a head band. It was like a circlet, made from thin wire as the band, and then at the front in the middle was a circular disk that was attached to the wire base at the bottom of the circle. In the circle was a spiral.

No idea, where this came from.

Also unresolved - will add the symbology of the headband for research later.

Funny Side Note

Note to add hilariousness of the following day, moving on from where the hell did that time go and what happened. To oh, I’m loosing the plot.

The night before (last night), I took some pre-cooked chicken drum sticks out of the freezer to have for dinner later, ideally to defrost over night. The pre-packed type, plastic tray, with the plastic sealed film over the top.

I came downstairs to make my morning tea. And there’s a plastic tray on the floor. My first thought, oh the dog has been through the recycling again. Pick it up and pop it on the counter. To then think, huh, where’s the chicken I took out last night. That was the bloody chicken!

So I look at the packet, look at the floor. If the cats had been in it, then where are the bones? If they pinch something there’s usually evidence. I’m looking at the packet, and then wonder, hold on a moment, what if during that weird time loss, I decided I wanted a late night snack, and the cosmos sent me to the kitchen looking for nibbles!? I even checked the food waste bin to see if it was me and I had put them in there.

No bones. No evidence. Not me... thank goodness. OK. Conclusion.... cats opened the packet, ate the chicken, dog snuck down in the middle of the night and naughtily snaffled the bones!

4 hours later, put the laundry on. Then the dog is sitting staring at the door to the dining room, at the bottom bit where the wooden beam that separates the steps outside is. He’s just staring won’t move. I ask him what he is looking at. After about 5 minutes, he’s still there. So I get on the floor with him. I’m thinking, spider? Or something. We’re then sat there staring at the floor for a good 10 minutes. Oh, forehead tingles are back. Oh, OK, am I concentrating on this too much. What is he looking at. At this point, I’m half convinced, I’m about to see an orb or a flipping ghost pop up through the stone floor! Hahaha. (Semi meditative state brought on by staring at the floor with the dog!)

It was a mouse! A mouse that had managed to get itself up inside the 200 year old door woodwork.

So I can confidently say, what ever happened last night in the kitchen, and the mouse in the dining room was cat related!

Funny, very funny. But slightly concerning that my brain went where it did for those moments.

There is a vague thought, that I should probably knock off the tapes for tonight and have a rest. But if I’m completely honest, I’m now hooked, and want to know what comes next....

Sessions: Session 3 and 3.5

Wave 2 - Patterning - Session 3 and 3.5

This particular session I classed as a split session because of the madness that was going on in my house.

A brief note on the dog. He’s lovely, I love him to bits, but he’s a needy spaniel. And truly my partners dog, I’m more of the cat mum. But my partner is now away for 5 days, which means it’s me and him for a while. The first night is usually the worst, as he doesn’t settle well without him. Last night was no exception. So for the next 5 days of sessions I will have the dog firmly attached to me. Not ideal, but worth noting upfront, as it makes things a bit harder.

No copper bracelet this time - seeing if it made a difference.

First Attempt

First try 7pm - not successful. Up in the loft, 15 minutes of using the Focus 10 free version on the app to get relaxed, then started the session. The dog insisted on being attached and then went mad because of the cats. So parked that for a bit and tried again later. A few light tingles in the forehead here, nothing major.

Second Attempt

Second try 9pm - dog now tired from a walk, but I had to use a different room to help him settle. So in our main bedroom. He’s on the bed with me, insisting that he’s firmly pressed against my leg. This time I only do 10 minutes of the free Focus 10 on the app to get relaxed, although he’s got the fidgets, so I’m aware this probably isn’t going to work.

This patterning exercise was using the thoughts of having clarity over the images I’ve been having. Especially the ones that came in that weird download, with the pebble and the blue print, as well as the ones that we associated with it.

I tried to do resonant tuning, but the dog wasn’t overly happy about the noise and had to lay across me.

Sensations

Started with the usual forehead tingles. They were more obvious than the ones I had from the Focus 10 relaxing session in the loft. But there wasn’t the usual kind of intenseness from them.

Then then tingles moved down my face as previous times.

This time I felt the tingles move into my arms and hands.

I had a similar energy build up as I did in a previous session, but this time it was through my right leg.

The middle finger on my right hand twitched to the left.

And I began to feel vibrations in my arms and shoulder.

The dog started to have a fidget again, so I was aware of him.

My mouth felt like it was open, even though it wasn’t. Then I became aware of a weird feeling in my cheek. It felt as though I was smiling with just the muscle under my right eye, I noticed it was tense and relaxed it. I actually can’t reproduce tensing that muscle - it was an automatic thing.

Then there was even more build up in my right leg, it became really uncomfortable. And my right foot went into spam. When this happened there was a strong wave that went up the right side of my body, and into my right ear. Which made the audio from the tape sound like it had radio interference, but this was only in the right ear. This passed.

I had no visual phosphene movements, it was just plain grey.

It was generally feeling irritated by the lack of focus, and I assumed it was because of the dog. But something was going on even though I couldn’t see anything this time.

Trying to get to sleep after that was a problem. I was having weird pulses in my right leg. It was as if there was a rope running down inside my leg and tapping on the sole of my foot. It was quite uncomfortable. I thought maybe blood moving around my body - but it was far too slow for that. This continued for ages, until I decided I couldn’t sleep.

Additional Focus 10 Session

So I paid for the upgrade for the Hemi-Sync on the App. Put Focus 10 on for a 30 minute timer, and hoped I’d be relaxed enough to go to sleep after.

During this time, I had phosphene movements in the vision, which were black and grey, and there was more build up in my leg.

Next was super weird. I get my one and only image of the evening.

At this point, I’m still thinking I’m too awake for anything to happen. And the next thing I know, I’m looking at an image. It’s really strange. It’s as if I’m looking at something that’s beyond frosted glass. It’s there but really blurry. However, in the centre of this is a circle. The edges of the circle have what I’d describe as white sketched edges. Like when you draw a circle with a pen and go over it a few times.

In the circle the image was clear. But not just clear. I’d class the hypnagogic images as clear but with details missing, like missing data, or watching a movie that was a bit older and the resolution was lower. This image was hyper clear, as if I was actually there looking at it with my own eyes.

This didn’t last long, because it actually shocked me, so I only got a few moments of what I saw.

I saw a computer desk. Point of view was as if there was a webcam placed on a desk behind it at the same level. So I was looking at the edge of the table part of the desk. Which had a computer and a black keyboard. I was kind of zoomed in on just the keyboard area, so I don’t know what was going on, but I saw the bottom of a monitor too.

But I was aware of the setting to some degree. It wasn’t my desk. Mine is a corner desk, made from 2 bits of kitchen worktop, surrounded by wooden panelling. With piles of post it notes and at least 2 empty coffee cups at all times! And I only know visually of two other people with a home office set up - this wasn’t that. This is what I would class as a traditional office or academic type of computer desk. Modern, clean. No general work debris around. And it was as if it was the middle of the working day, it was light, the room was definitely like via florescent lights, but the person was absent from the desk. As if they had just left the desk to do something, but were coming back.

At that point I called it a night. But the strange pain in my right leg hadn’t left. As was still causing me not to sleep. So I wondered if it was some sort of electrical build up. At this point, I’m past caring I just want to go to sleep. So grab the copper band, in the hope that it might be helpful. No idea at this point if wearing it helped or I was just finally tired enough to go to sleep. I sleep with ear plugs in to drown out background noise (and my partners snoring), I put my ear plugs in, and then noticed I could hear a really faint level of music. We live in a very quiet rural location, so there was no idling cars playing music of anything like that. But it sounded like a calm kind of music playing just out of my real distance of being able to hear. I’m putting this down to auditory hallucinations or some kind of left overs from the session. Then went to sleep.

Next try at the main session again

The next morning, I had taken the idea that the previous night wasn’t great. And I actually wasn’t going to put it in here. But for the sake of the whole experiment, I think it needed to be. Plus the strange office imagery, was very worth adding.

Still in my main bed, morning session. Dog still asleep, so best time to do it at this point.

Took the bracelet off - for the sake of doing the no copper part of the test here. Did 10 minutes with the paid Hemi-Sync version of the Focus 10 on the App to relax. A few light tingles, nothing major. Then went into Patterning session - same as before, wanting clarity on the images from the previous sessions.

Worth noting here, I didn’t do the resonant tuning. Didn’t want to wake the dog up. I went through the motions of doing it but without the audible humming sound.

I noted that there were very few sensations with this session, so perhaps the tuning being audible is important? Can’t conclude any thing at this point.

I no phosphene movements, just grey. There were a few minor vibrations but nothing else much.

Visuals

Then I had two hypnogogic images. The first was someone drawing what looked like a cursive letter i, but the dot on the top was a circle.

And the second image, was a man stood over a desk. And on the desk looked like some kind of map, but it wasn’t a normal one, it had lines radiating from the middle of the paper and going out.

I was still feeling it wasn’t a great session and just a continuation of feeling like I wasn’t getting anywhere, since the night before. I really had the feeling I was far too awake for this. And then I heard myself snore! I was actually completely zonked! And I was snorting in my sleep! Whilst being totally convinced that I was awake! Weird!

I sat with that for a moment, and then assigned that to the realm of the gasps that were happening previously, where I’d dropped into a low breathing state.

Honestly felt like I was completely awake throughout both sessions. So much so that I thought I wasn’t getting into the Focus zones because of the dog. I shouldn’t blame him, it turned out I actually did manage to get further than I thought.....

Sessions: Session 2

Wave 2 - Patterning - Session 2

I added a new variable into this session. Copper.

Dropping into the rabbit holes over the last few weeks, I was watching a podcast with Danny Jones interviewing the son of Andrija Puharich (Andy Puharich). There seemed to be an interesting crossover with the Stargate Program. Which itself links back to the Gateway Tapes. Although I haven’t done a deep connection linking session about this, one thing that stuck out to me was the use of copper.

Andy Puharich, talks about how the “Space Kids” wore copper bracelets. This was not for health benefits, but for paranormal communication. He speaks of how the entity known as “The Nine” during channelling session communicated that copper was the key element for successful communication. So the “Space Kids” were asked to wear the bracelets to help with this.

Of course, I’m curious about this. Time for some weird science. I actually have a copper bracelet, it’s my partners, and it’s pure copper. He made it from some copper pipe work that was used for gas mains, and turned it into a braided bracelet. So I popped it on for this session to see if it made any difference.

Warm Up Session With The Expand App

I started the session in the same way I did was the last one. With 10 minutes of Focus 10, from the Expand App with no background noise. I used it to relax, and felt a few forehead tingles, nothing major to report here.

Main Session

I moved on to the main session. I actually chose to pattern the same as before. But this time knowing that there were 7 steps in the audio, I chose to be a bit more specific. I was still working with the happiness, love and harmony. But I visualised myself smiling and laughing. And for good measure (in the where you want to be part) I popped in a debt free thought - you never know!

This session was better than the last in that it seemed easier. Although I classed it as a flat session. That’s what’s in my notes, but what happened after was completely wild..... read what happened in the session before skipping to the end!

Sensations

The forehead sensations were the same as before with the tingles, moving across the front, these then went down the sides of my face into my temples and down into the sides of my jaw. There was an intense pressure in my temples again.

I had new sensations in my skull, I had the tingles through the back of my head, the left hemisphere. These were really obvious tinglings and they moved around.

I had a twitch in my left middle finger. And I had small muscle twitches in the backs of my legs.

I had vibrations in my lower jaw, the back of my neck, chest and arms. And at one point, I felt as if the right side of my face was sort of sliding off.

My arms felt very light.

I had tingles that went from my feet to the tops of my thighs. These were really obvious.

And I had a strange feeling of anxiety in my chest, it wasn’t overwhelming, it was more like I was just aware of it.

On coming back to Focus 10, there’s a rush like a wave of tingles that go up the backs of my thighs, and go into my genitals.

The gasp happened again, but much less than before.

Visuals

There were no obvious phosphene movements as such. This was more of a blank grey on the inside of my eyelids.

There were two obvious hypnagogic images.

First image:

I could see a green orb of light in my chest, it expanded and produced green light that went outwards.

Second image:

I’m lying on the sofa, although it’s not me. I think it’s my partner. Lying with my legs resting on the far arm of the seat and they’re crossed. I’m looking at his feet, he’s wearing orange socks.

I think there were a few more images, but I can’t remember them.

I then made a note after this in my pad, that says I may only do this session once more, rather the 4 times, as I feel like there’s too much narration at this time.

Additional Focus 10 Session

After writing my notes on that session, I decided to go an do another session. Focus 10 Freeflow. Just to see if I can get any clarity. With the lack of images in the last two session of Patterning, I thought it might be interesting to switch back down to something I’m a little more comfortable with. I went in with no purpose in mind.

My notes read: “Almost a totally flat session on both for anything visual. Thinking copper maybe a dampener - will try without next time”.

I had lighter head tingles, this time in the very centre of my forehead and the back of my neck, at the base of my skull.

There was a strange audible. I could hear what I though sounded like very faint voices. I was mildly concerned about this, so I tried to focus in on the sounds of the audio recordings to see if that’s where it was coming from. I could make out what seemed like very quiet, low male chanting (Ooommming). Decided it was possibly just the audio itself and I hadn’t noticed it before.

I had another gasp. I ignored it and continued.

Then my right hand felt weird. It felt like in earlier sessions when my index finger seemed like it was pointing upwards. So I focused on that. By the end of the audio it felt as if my right arm was actually a few centimetres higher than my left. I had the copper bracelet on my left. And my left arm was like it was completely anchored to the bed. My right hand felt like it was peeling up.

Overall, not flat on the sensation side of things, but the imagery was almost none existent. Tiny bit of phosphene movement this time, but only black and grey. Nothing major of note.

It got weird!

This is where it get’s strange. I sat writing my notes, as I am now doing at the end of each session. It was around 9pm by this point. So I nipped downstairs to see if my partner was still up or if he’d gone to bed. He was watching TV in the living room.

It’s worth mentioning at this point, he doesn’t know that I’m doing the tapes. He probably doesn’t even know what they are. I’ve just told him that it’s meditation tapes, to help me calm and settle. This really is a very personal experiment for me.

He’s sat in the armchair. And I said to him, have you been sat there since I went up? Or have you been on the sofa? He said that he’d only been in the chair. (Although he did have a nap on the sofa earlier in the day when he got home from work).

He’s wearing his black work trousers and black trainers. I didn’t see him get dressed this morning, as he left for work before I woke up, it was early.

Then I asked him (at this point he must be thinking I’m completely bonkers!) what colour socks are your wearing. He looked at me with a puzzled look. And pulls up his trouser leg.......

THEY WERE ORANGE!!!!!!!!

Should I shout that again?

I honestly couldn’t believe it. I just sat there, I was smiling, I was laughing. I was having a WTF moment! Actually WTF!

This was just the strangest moment yet. I then told him that I had a vision during my meditation that he was wearing orange socks. He laughed, and we agreed that the might very well be the strangest super power ever.... knowing what colour socks someone is wearing!

But this is where it gets some what synchronistic. During the Patterning exercise, I viewed myself happy, smiling and laughing. Now, coincidence? The orange socks produced exactly that.

The universe has a brilliant sense of humour! No major cosmic choir, just a vision of what’s coming up in the laundry pile!

So back to the copper... did it help, or did it hinder? Now I’m unsure. More research needed.

Retrospective note added a few days later: It wasn’t my partner sitting in the chair at the time of me doing the session, it was him a few hours earlier having a nap on the sofa after he took his shoes off. He put his shoes back on when he took the dog out for a walk, that was why he had them on when I went down to ask about the socks. So what happened there?

Sessions: Session 1

Wave 2 - Patterning - Session 1

This is lesson 3. Otherwise known as a month of patterning. I’m not sure why it’s a month, perhaps that’s just a random length. Robert Monroe explains in the instruction book, that you can ask for the pattern to be fulfilled in any time frame, or by a date, or just when ever. I first assumed that it had to be done repeatedly for a month, that’s not what it means.

In today’s language Patterning is Manifesting. Bringing what you desire into the physical of your life. Although personally, I’m not sitting on that one as a physical thing, like a shopping list of stuff. What do I want? Honestly, to be debt free would be nice, to be able to put some new windows in the house, to be able to eat wheat. But I can’t even contemplate how that would even work.

Based on what has been coming through from previous sessions, it feels like the messages are somewhere between something is going on in the world right now, and you need to work on yourself. So trying to manifest anything physical seems like a bit of a dead end. To be able to achieve the sort of physical things, I need to focus on the other aspect of myself. Stopping my procrastination would be a good one! But what I actually chose for this session was to have happiness, harmony and love in my life. Sounds a bit meh, doesn’t it. But I honestly couldn’t think of anything else. I might do something else for the next one, I’m not sure yet, I’ll see how that goes later.

Warm Up Session

I started by using the Expand app - listening to the Focus 10 (the version by Monroe Sound Science - not the Hemi-Sync version). With no background effects. I used it on the 10 minute timer, just to relax before the session. (I’m only using the free version of the app at the moment, I’m contemplating the paid version for longer sessions of the hemi-sync, but the free version is fine for now).

I settled down in the loft space, propped up slightly with my pillows. And just relaxed. I’m finding this helps to just settle my mind before diving into the tape lessons. Especially if the day as been a bit busy.

Even without the Hemi-Sync, I started to feel the tingling sensations across my forehead. These are becoming more regular, even without the tapes. And when my 10 minutes were up I switched over to the lesson.

The Walk Through

In this lesson, Robert tells you to do your preparatory steps, and get to Focus 10, where he comes back. And asks you to move to Focus 12.

After settling in to Focus 12 he walks you through Patterning. He explains you need to think of the Pattern as completed, not something that you want to happen, but something that already is.

It starts off with your physical body. You build it, expand it and release in into your expanded awareness.

The second Pattern is of your mental self.

The third is for your emotional self.

The fourth is for your greater self.

The fifth is to create a Pattern of where you desire to be.

The sixth is to create a Pattern of what you desire to do.

The seventh is to create a Pattern of what you desire to achieve.

And then you come back to Focus 10, and awake.

There’s a lot of narration in this audio. And actually, probably needs a work book to go with it. 7 things to think about when you’re brain is firing, is a lot.

Visual Images

I didn’t have much in the way of hypnogogic images in this session. I’m beginning to realise that I get more of those in the sessions with less narration. I did however, get one image, which was of people sitting around a conference table. Which really had nothing to do with what I was Patterning.

There’s more activity in the phosphenes. This time there were more grey, black and some blue blobs moving around in the closed eye vision. As well as sparkles of colour, yellow, gold and orange around the outer edges of the visible space. There was at one point, a circle that was different to the phosphenes, it was a deep black, bigger than pervious sessions, but it didn’t last long.

Physical Sensations

What did happen though, was much more physical. The sensations were heightened.

The tingles came again starting in my forehead, spreading out down my temples, and to below my ears (first time they’ve been below my ears). There was more pressure at the temples, noticeably so. And I believe there were tingles at the side of my right nostril, I really wanted to scratch that, but stopped myself.

The vibrations appeared again, they started in the back of my neck and shoulder area. Moving down to the tops of my arms, through my chest, and into my stomach. This is the first time they’ve been in my stomach.

My head made a small jerking motion to the left. And the index finger on my right hand twitched.

I had twitching muscles, in my left eyebrow, and at random points down my left thigh.

My feet at the tingling sensation too, and that went up to my knees.

Towards the end of the session though, I had what I can only describe as a build up of energy in my left leg. Hard to describe really, but I had an overwhelming need to move my left leg, I didn’t, but because I didn’t it became uncomfortable. Not painful. Almost as if when you’ve forced yourself to sit still for too long and you want to move. But it was a lot, and I chose to push through it.

Towards the end of the session, I had the gasp of breath again. Not as much or as violent as the last one. But I think this is something I need to work on. It’s almost as if every time I’m on the edge of something, my body says, nope, not yet.

I’ve settled with the conclusion, that I need to repeat each session when I struggle until I become comfortable with the sensations. Almost as if I’m training my body to be OK with it, rather than it having a panic and bringing me back to quickly.

I also struggled a bit with the 7 items. I tried to dump all the thoughts of harmony and love in the first one, which I don’t think I should have done.

After this, I went down to my bedroom, to head to sleep as it was around 9pm. I thought at this point, I’d try to get into the relaxed state before going to sleep, as this seems to be easier now. I treat it as though I’m doing the ECB, and then some breathing, and then just watch the phosphenes for a bit. It didn’t really happen that night, my partner decided to come to bed, just as I was getting into it.

Sessions: Session 4

(From here on, these are fully noted session - I’ve got a note pad and pen with me, to record everything. I write the session up the next morning)

Wave 2 - Problem Solving - Session 4

This was a hard session, as I had managed to pinch a nerve in my hip, so I couldn’t really get comfortable.

I downloaded the Expand App. The Expand App is from the Monroe Institute, available on the various platform stores for free. There are paid upgrades, but I just used the free version. I tried a few of the mediations to settle, but couldn’t find one I liked. And kept having to move my legs around to get comfortable. Eventually I settled with the timed version of Focus 10 (not the Hemi-Sync version - as that’s paid), and put a pillow under my knees. I did this for 15 minutes before moving on to the Problem Solving lesson.

For this session I wanted to focus on what I had seen in the big tank of water previously. I wanted to know what it was. All I got was a hypnagogic image, that was of a giant crocodile come dinosaur creature, with 4 limbs and a tail and it wasn’t fully formed (the image that is), so I’m not really counting it. But that was all I got. I think a lot of the issue here was the pain in my hip. No other images came through here.

I kept repeating the same question about the tank, but there wasn’t anything else.

Sensations

The forehead tingles and temples were more pronounced this time. And I had more all over head tingles, and temple pressure on both sides.

I kept clicking out through this. Then I had a big breath (gasp in), which brought me back (more on that later). I think I may have been too reclined.

Back to Focus 10

So feeling like I’d missed something with this one. I decided now that my hip had settled a bit to go back to Focus 10 Freeflow. At this point, I really quite like the Freeflow. I have begun to find that there are times when I don’t want to be interrupted by the audio narration, I just want to checkout the images, and the sensations a bit longer.

I shifted position so I was a bit more upright.

This time, I went back to the download imagery. I’d been focused on the pebble object and where that was leading to. I hadn’t yet asked about the blue prints that I saw. So this time I wanted to find out about those.

Sensations

The tingles across my forehead came again. But they were more like the tight band across the front this time. Like wearing a tight baseball cap. I’ve began to realise I get quite clear hypnagogic images when this happens. I had tingles in my hands, and I had vibrations in my back and fore arms.

Visuals

I asked what the blueprints were. And I got a flash of an image.

It was like a gold hexagon, that at lines that came from the middle and extended outwards. They were like rays, it was bright white in the middle, and the line/rays were orange.

I next saw a brief image of a skeleton, not in a coffin or anything contained like that, more as if it were just in the earth. The skeleton was wearing tattered beige but dirty clothes. The only thing I can really describe it as was kind of similar to the colour of Dobbies clothing in Harry Potter - although less like a sack, more like it was an actual garment at some time.

Then there was a big block of text. I could read it easily. The letters were white and in capitals. It read BEFORE. Slightly edged in black.

The next image was of two hands. They were a blueish colour, sort of semi transparent. Both hand their index fingers outstretched, moving towards each other. Until they met. But where they met there was a panel of glass between them, with a kind of writing I couldn’t read, in a white-ish colour. It didn’t occur to me at the time, but later I saw the image of Michelangelo’s painting - The Creation of Adam, in the Sistine Chapel. It was similar, but not such as loose hand, these hands were straight, with purpose.

The next image was of a man. He was in what looked like a giant metallic (grey/silver) cylinder. It was on it’s side and he was working on it. He was carving away at the inside to shape it. Not chipping at it, more like how a carpenter shaves off wood in a smooth manner.

Then I had the big gasp again, it was a double gasp and actually brought me back.

Notes on the gasping:

This sounds terrifying, but it isn’t. It has happened to me before, in daily life. I always thought it was like Sleep Apena, but awake. It isn’t, it’s a thing, it can be in waking life a few things. Something called Screen Apnea, where you’re super focused, so much that your breathing slows so much that you subconsciously hold your breath or the breathing becomes so shallow, that the brain notices the oxygen has dipped and triggers an in voluntary deep breath. It can also happen during fight or flight responses to anxiety and stress.

However, how it relates to the Focus levels is interesting. When you go through the preparatory states you are tricking your body into thinking it’s asleep, but your mind is still active (body asleep, mind awake). When you drop into a deep state of physical relaxation your heart rate slows, your muscles let go and your body’s demand for oxygen plummets. And then your brain switches your breathing from conscious control to autonomic nervous system control (how you breathe when you’re asleep).

In the Focus levels, the mind is still observing, and you are actively witnessing something that you normally sleep though. Your breathing becomes incredibly shallow, sometimes so quiet and slow that your awake mind panics and thinks “Wait, we aren’t breathing!”, or your body holds a breath naturally as your awareness expands. Your carbon dioxide levels trip a sensory wire, and your body triggers a sudden involuntary gasp of air. In essence it’s the physical boundary where the body tries to confirm if it’s asleep or not.

Nothing to panic about. Just something that may happen. Personally I’m now aware of it, and will continue to work with teaching my body to relax and let go...... Personal note to self made after the fact, and after the research - no, you’re not dying! Phew!

Sessions: Session 2

Wave 2 - Problem Solving - Session 3

I classed the last session as a bit of a duff one, interesting with the hiccups, but duff none this less.

I decided to go back in and try again with getting answers about what came through in the big download in Wave 1.

I specifically wanted to know more about the pebble object with the orbs around the top. What was it?

Sensations:

I recorded a few notes on these this time. I had the usual forehead tingles and that continued to the temples. The right temple had more pronounced tingles.

Towards the start of the session I had a little involuntary body movement, and the index finger on my right hand twitched.

About half way though my head jerked to the left.

My right foot jerked.

And then my head jerked to the right towards the end.

The weird hiccups happened again, but not as bad, I stayed in for a good amount of time in the focus zone, but the hiccups did drop me out a few times.

Visual Images

Phosphenes, there were similar movements of black and grey blobs as before. But this time there was some blue as well. About half way though there was what I can only describe as organised back and grey static. For example, if you took lots of black and grey tiny squares and organised them into a checker board pattern. So a bit like TV static that is organised as black, grey, black, grey etc. Then it moved to just be plain grey.

Images hypnagogic

I specific went in asking about the pebble.

Image One

The first image was of a dark space. It was a building, or some kind of structure. The walls at the floor didn’t seem to have a normal texture with beams or bricks. It was light enough to see, but dark enough that I knew it was meant to be dark. There was someone with me, I couldn’t see them, but I knew they were there.

The structure was huge. And there was what I can only describe as a giant tank filled with water. The tank was around 3 lorries high, it really was huge. The water wasn’t quite clear. It was that murky kind of blue green colour. As I looked at the tank I saw a giant tail, brush against the glass. It was as if the rest of the body was further down the tank. The tail wasn’t fish like, it was more amphibian, thick, but not obvious signs of fins or anything like that. Just the tail, what ever it was didn’t return from the depths of the tank so I didn’t get a better look.

On the next run, I pushed further. I wanted to expand. Was this giant tank related to the pebble? So with the second run, I asked if the pebble was and energy supply for this place, or was it the place itself, like a container. Although now thinking about it, it wouldn’t have been the container for the place, because the pebble itself was in a room, that looked similar to the one with the tank. So that was a daft question. And would be wacky to have a giant room within a pebble within a giant room.

This image I got, was of deep under ocean water. (I actually have a bit of a fear with deep and open water, but I wasn’t scared about this image more just curious).

Image Three

The third run, I asked again for more information on this, as I’m now aware that the tank and the pebble are related.

What I got, was the same place again. However, this time from where I’m looking I can’t tell if its the same room as the tank from a different angle. Or if it’s a completely different room. But definitely the same structure.

Here I saw 4 or 5 beds to the right of the room. These weren’t comfortable beds. They were more like hospital beds. The light is still dim, but it’s clear enough to see. So I’m aware the beds are for a functional purpose. And to the right of me there are beings (I can’t say if they’re human or not, because I couldn’t tell they were too far away, but human stature etc). They we’re just going about their business, didn’t look at me and weren’t overly bothered that I was there.

This felt very might like a guided tour. Someone was with me but I couldn’t see them. And what I was being allowed to see was very little.

I’m starting to realise, that the sessions are basically giving me images, where I have to piece the puzzle together.

I’m down for a bit of puzzle solving! Hahaha

So here’s my take on this one. I’d love to know what you think!

Pebble from the Download, is the energy source for an underwater base, that has a container for a giant salamander! And a triage unit!

Failing that, it’s Godzilla in a tank!

Sessions: Session 2

Wave 2 - Problem Solving

At this point, I was starting to think I may actually get some answers to something in these sessions. Whether that is some kind of self reflection, or a better understand of the whole process.

And I was actually finding that my usually hyperactive mind was begirding to behave a bit better. I could now go into the sessions and be fairly focused. But not in a meditative kind of way, more like I had something to focus on and think about specifically, rather than rerunning something in my mind from earlier in the day or thinking about what was for dinner!

And actually, something interesting has happened. At this point. I’ve been finding I’m looking forward to doing the sessions. It’s not a chore. It’s more like a fun curiosity of what will happen next. Each session seems to bring something new. Whether that’s a new sensation or a new set of images. And to that end, I’ve given up wine! Yep, middle aged women and wine.... I’m not a massive drinker, so there’s no kind of problem there. But it’s still a vice for a bad day, or a weekend thing. But I don’t actually want it, I’d rather pop up to the loft and put the head phones on. So if nothing else, hey, I’m a bit healthier!

I went in thinking that if the last session was a direct answer to my question, then what should I be asking about. I don’t think it was completely direct, as I had to do some interpretation to that. But I thought, actually, I’ll asked more about those images that flashed up during the weird Focus 10 download session - I didn’t get any answers.

Brain Hiccups?

This particular session, was weird. I can only describe what happened in this session as I had subconscious hiccups.

It was as if I had a hiccup but only in my mind. No physical manifestation of it. Very weird.

It happened about 4-5 times, and each time I had, what I can only describe as a wave of adrenaline with it. Which brought me out of any focus zones.

Visual Images

There were no images in this session, due to the hiccups. Phosphenes were like black and grey blobs moving around.

Body Sensations

I didn’t recall any physical sensations like the tingling in my rough notes for this one. But I did get body movements.

On my left hand, the fingers each moved independently, and at different times. Like a quick spasm. This went in the order of index, middle, ring, pinky and then thumb.

Notes on the hiccups.

My thoughts on this are that they’re a type of hypnic jerk. I’ve had them before, and quite often. The kind of thing that jolts you awake when you’re drifting off. But I have a suspicion, by being in a Focus zone you are mentally aware of it, rather than just being startled. I may look into this, as the only physical movements were my fingers, not a big physical jerk. So I’m leaving this question open as unsolved, research later.

Sessions: Session 1

Wave 2 - Problem Solving

This session was actually sessions 2 on the same day. Again I hadn’t written much in the way of notes at this point.

But I actually did both the last session of the intro to focus 12 and Problem solving, pretty close together, so I’ll count it as 1 session. I took a short break between them, maybe around 30 minutes

The Walk Through

Robert tells you to do the usual prep process. Energy Conversion Box, resonant tuning, energy balloon and then the affirmation. And tells you to get to Focus 10, where he meets you next.

Next he tells you to moved to Focus 12, by the method you have learned by counting from 10 to 12.

When in Focus 12 he tells you to take the problems or questions you have and cast them out into your awareness. (I thought of this as asking a question - not sure if that was right though). Then wait for the best answer or solution to come back to you.

After some time, he says you will consciously remember the answer or solution.

Next he tells you to repeat the process for clarity or verification. After some time again, he tells you that you will remember the answer.

You repeat the process again. And after some time again he tells you that you will remember the answer.

He then tells you that at any point, when you are wide awake and need the answer to a question or problem, you just need to inhale deeply, pulling fresh energy into your body, hold your breath and think of the number 12. And the answer will come to you when you exhale.

He tells you to return to Focus 10, by the method you have learned, by counting from 12 to 10.

And then back to normal.

My intention for this session was to meet my guides. I’d tried that before in Freelow Focus 10. And got the weird download. But because this was the session where you’re meant to be solving a problem. I asked specifically how do I meet my guides.

What happened was interesting...

Physical Sensations

Didn’t log any with the rough notes I took for this day. There has been sensations every time, but I can’t confirm what they were this time.

Phosphene Visuals

No notes on phosphene movement for these sessions. I was still trying to focus my attention to the inside of my eyelids to see the colours people talk about. (Later realising that I was focusing too much on that, and needed to chill out)

Audio Heard

I actually got an audio this time. Which said “let go”. This was on the first run of the question.

Hypnagogic images

The second run, I saw a woman in older clothes, maybe medieval underwear, tattered cream. At one point I was watching her, and the next point I was her. She was being hanged. She was holding on to the rope around her neck and kicking her legs out struggling. When it was my point of view as her, I was looking at the arms, and hands that were trying to pull the rope off the neck. (Bit of a horrid one, to be honest)

Third run. This was I’d say a similar time period. There was a man with what appeared to be working clothes. He was with a giant grey grind stone. But the stone wasn’t round. It was triangular. In the centre was a round bit of metal. That was a bit rusted. He was shaping the stone. So the stone became round, and no longer triangular. He wasn’t shaping it by chipping it away though. He was shaping it like a woodworker would with long smooth strips.

This is the first time that I actually understood the message. And it certainly feels weird and different. You may interpret this in a different way. But to me it was you need to let go and trust the process, when you do that the sharp edges will be removed and things will be easier. Or something along those lines. Of course, I could be barking up the wrong tree entirely here.

I guess it’s like when your dreams are a way of processing things from the day. I think this was my brain saying this is how you process the Gateway Experience!

Wave 2 - Introduction to Focus 12

After the slight weirdness of the Freeflow in Focus 10, and getting though those last sessions, even with clicking out. I decided to move on to Wave 2.

Also worth noting that I changed position. I was finding that the swallowing and saliva was really annoying and the clicking out (power naps), were getting more in the last stages of Focus 10, so I switched up to being in the roof cubby bed, with the calcite behind me, and one or two pillows propping me up a bit. Not fully sat up, just enough that in theory I shouldn’t completely nod off, but the swallowing should become more comfortable.

Wave 2 is about expanded awareness.

I didn’t stick to the 4 session plan, I only did 3. Although I didn’t start to properly record them until I got to Wave 2 - Problem solving. So this is a recap of the rough notes I took. Similar to the sessions in Wave 1.

The Walk Through

You get an audio introduction to Focus 12.

Then the usual move to the preparatory process. Energy Conversion Box, resonant tuning, energy balloon, affirmation and then Focus 10 state.

Next he describes how to move to Focus 12. He explains you have to count slowly in your mind from 10 to 12.

He then brings you back to Focus 10, by counting from 12 down to 10.

You then move back to Focus 12, guided again.

He then explains that at any point when you are in Focus 10 if you wish to move to Focus 12, you just need to count in your mind from 10 to 12.

You then go back to Focus 10, counting from 12 to 10 again.

He reminds you to remember the affirmation, and quotes it.

And you return to normal.

Notes on the sessions

The very first session I did of the Introduction to Focus 12 was actually quite difficult. There was the usual audio of the waves and the sea sounds, but they were more intense this time, or at least I perceived them to be that way. There was definitely a difference in the audio.

When I went to my Energy Conversion Cox, it felt as if I was in a storm. I couldn’t quite reach it. As if the wind was blowing so hard I had to force myself through it. And much like when you’re in a storm and knowing the environment is rough I had to do the steps really quickly so I didn’t get blown away.

I also had the REM eye movements again. But this was straight away. This was the only time it had happened since the very first session of Orientation Wave 1. No weird blue squares this time, but it was weird either way.

I wonder if it had something to do with my day. I had a bit of a crazy day, and was holding a far amount of tenseness in my thoughts. But I can’t confirm if it’s related.

I did my second session of this the next morning, as I thought because I was a bit stressed the night before that may have been the issue. This time I noted that the REM eyes happened again, but not so much. They settled when I started to look at the inside of my eyelids, as if the focus helped.

There were a few sparkles in my eyelid vision area, a strange pink flash (line type thing), with a tiny white blob at the end.

Physical Sensations

There were more somatic responses. Quite noticeably. The right temple was very very active with more direct pressure. Although at the time, I wondered if this was related to doing the same exercise for a second time so close together.

I didn’t note anything further for these two sessions.

Freeflow Focus 10 - The Download

This was weird. I get that most of what I have been talking about so far sits within that bracket really well. But this was really weird.

At this point, I’d done the free flow a few times any way, but I just didn’t feel like I was ready to move on to Focus 12 (Wave 2) yet. I felt that I needed to be sure I was on the right track. By this stage I found that my random busy mind had started to settle and I was getting in to the zone a lot easier.

I was still looking for the imagery that people talk about, the scenes on the back of the eyelids. The phosphenes moving. I hadn’t really had anything like that first session in Focus 3 again. But now I think I was just trying to hard. I was getting black and grey moving blobs. And I was also getting what looked like a tiny deep black spot with a white edge. I was trying to focus on it. But I think the focusing itself was the issue.

Every time I felt myself almost drifting off, I’d bring my eyes back up to the mid point of my closed eye vision and look for the shapes. Still nothing else.

It became apparent at this point, that all the things I was seeing were hypnagogic. So I leant in to that for a bit. I was thinking if I’m meant to see something on the inside of my eyelids then that will just happen when it’s ready.

Sensations out of the session

Before the session started, and throughout the day I had been having the tingling forehead sensations. So at this point they weren’t related to the tapes. They were just happening. I had gone to do a bit of work with a small business I work with. For April it was really hot and sunny, and I noticed the tingling when I was driving. It was about a 25min drive from where I live. Around 3pm. On further investigation, it appears that these sensations can happen outside of the tapes when you are zoned out or just relaxed.

When it came time to do the session, it was my usual time around 8pm. I went to the loft space and settled down.

I followed through the normal pre-procedure. But with the Freeflow being your objective of choice, I decided this time I’d focus on asking to meet my guides.

Meeting the guides?

Having never been a spiritual or religious person, I was never sure about this kind of thing. It’s nice to think about, but why would there be some random being looking over me? Surely if there was, they would have shoved me in the right direction a bit sooner than my mid 40’s!?

Pushing past my thoughts of, there’s no such think as guides, I settled in to Focus 10, Freeflow. And asked the question about meeting my guides.

I had the usual tingles across the forehead, then a tight band across the front, which moved down to my temples. I felt the vibrations in the tops of my arms. My index finger on my right hand felt like it was pointing up, although it hadn’t moved. And I had what I can only describe as a poking sensation in the bottom of my left foot.

What happened next was super odd. I had what I can only describe as the tingling sensation on my forehead becoming very intense and moving to the left side of my head, particularly over my left eye and moving towards the back of my head. And my eyes, were moving in the REM state again, but not like in Focus 3. This was hyper fast. I managed to focus them to stay still by the time the prep stage had finished.

The Audio

Then I had an audio. This is the first time it had happened in this state of focus. It was just one word. And it sounded like s-ah-re-ail. I made note of this to look at later.

Then I had a flood of images. The word flood doesn’t really even describe it to be honest. If you could imagine a data stream coming through at high speed, but flashing you each image as it comes through for just a moment, so you only got to take a quick glimpse. It reminds me of those old game shows, when you had to remember what was on the conveyor belt. Sadly I didn’t remember any more than 2 of them. But they were weird.

I’ll get to the images in a moment. However, what I later found out, was that the time that I was doing this session, there was a solar flare. Quite a big one. I don’t know the science behind it all, but I’m now looking into the way solar flares interact with the planet and the Schumann Resonance. As yet (still writing this part of the text whilst in Wave 2) I haven’t had this happen again. It might just be a coincidence, but it does make you wonder.

The Visuals:

OK on to the images. Remember, I’m not having these as visions on the inside of my eyelids, these are hypnagogic images, where you’re in the Focus state, mind awake, body asleep.

The first one:

There’s a dark room, it’s really big, but I can’t make out what’s on the outer edges. In the middle is what looks to be a giant pebble/egg shaped object. It’s huge. It’s a blue/black/grey colour with a metallic sheen. It’s not touching the floor. It’s actually floating above it a bit, not by much. It’s not hovering in mid air, just a little above the ground. Coming from underneath are what look like 4-5 thick strands of green plasma. They are evenly spaced around it. They come from underneath, go around the curved bottom edge and then stop vertically a bit above the shape. The green colour is bright, a bit between a neon green and a yellow, but closer to green. Above this are 2 or 3 orbs of light (although for a brief moment, I thought they were crystal skulls, but they settled into orbs of light). They were white. And they were rotating in a circular motion, on the horizontal axis.

The second one:

What I can only say was a flash of an image, the first image was around for a moment longer. But this literally was just a flash. There was a large rectangle, the outer boarder was white, and the inner was mid blue, and there was what seemed to be light blue text and images. I really couldn’t make it out at it wasn’t there for long enough. But I did see a symbol that looked a bit like a H but and on it’s side with a tail. There’s some research to do on this symbol. I do remember there being a clearish block of text to the left corner, but it blurred to quickly for me to remember. All I could think of was blueprints.

Overall, it was a strange session. But an important one. Because when I got to Wave 2 - that’s when I started asking questions about the images, and things got weirder!

Freeflow Focus 10

The basics of a Freeflow session, are that what you choose to do in it is up to you. There’s no rules as such. It’s for you to use as you please. I actually did the session 4 times before moving on to Wave 2. Two of the sessions I clicked out for.

I’m now used to the tingles, some in the forehead, some around the face. And they seem to vary in intensity between the sessions.

I’m noticing more vibrations, mainly in my upper arms.

Thought on the vibrations, I always thought when people said you have to raise your vibration. I always thought that was a metaphor for something I didn’t understand. Well at this point, I’m assuming they mean actual physical vibrations. But you can’t see them, no one else would be able to see them. It’s like a low internal shaking or a rumble.

I know now, that I had these last year, during that period of high stress. Honestly, just thought it was stress. But is there a connection? No idea - food for thought.

At one point last year, I was woken from a hypnogogic dream, and the vibrations were so intense I thought I was shaking the bed. I wasn’t. It was internal.

(Insert the thought’s of oh ... have I got MS, or is this part of the menopause. Off to the doctor, nope not MS. Try magnesium and tonic water, even used a flipping TENS machine when the twitches started. But nope, completely healthy... Don’t know - weird at the time, nothing wrong with me medically)

I’ve also noticed, some next day stuff, where I can feel the vibrations, and mild forehead tingles. I’m not sure if I’ve mentioned this yet. So apologies if I already have.

The basics of this session are that Robert tells you to do the Energy Conversion Box, resonant tuning, energy balloon, affirmation, and then perform the purpose of the task you have set. About half way though he asks you to do it again.

One session, had hypnotic image before I clicked out. I actually thought at the time, that it was based on something I saw on the TV. There was a hand writing on a piece of paper. But that was it.

The other session that I recall was the interesting one..... Things started to get weird!

I didn’t actually record anything for these sessions. Hadn’t started the log properly yet. So I can’t recall the sensations. But I can confirm I clicked out for 2 sessions but only did 3. So nothing dramatic to report there. And one of the sessions was rudely interrupted by the dog licking my feet. I have since, come up with a contraption to keep the flipping door shut!

Did however try a to do a session one evening without the tapes. Getting in to Focus 10, mainly because I missed the session as we had dinner really late. I put my earplugs in and tried. But didn’t get overly far as there were two loud noises in my head. And a few light forehead tingles.

There was a bang on the left side and then one on the right side that was more of a squeak. Looks like I’m getting closer to being able to reach a natural focus level. Still having a chatty brain, but it’s getting easier to turn off the random thoughts.

The Audio Walk Through

Here’s what Robert walks you through.

Start with the Energy Conversion Box, resonant tuning, energy balloon and affirmation. Get to Focus 10, and then he tells you to remember the process you use during the total sleep state. To help you remember who you are and what you are.

He then tells you to think about how nice it would be to float out and away.

He tells you to turn slowly, like a log in water. He says when you are detached to float up.

Then to feel and remember this. And float back down again. Turn like a log, and return.

He counts from 11 to 20 to get you in to sleep.

So for me, I think my body may have taken the relaxation part of this session too seriously. Slept like a log over those nights though, which was great!
